* Campers must be four years of age by January 1, 2012 to attend camp.

**Both the LIT & CIT programs require approval from the director after review of applications.

Session 5 is a one week program for Kinder, Lower, Middle and Upper campers only. The last week of the summer camp season, Session 5 operates with fewer campers and staff members, therefore some age groups will be combined as necessary. Swim lessons are not offered in Session 5. Please note that bus transportation is not available for Session 5.

To register your camper, please download the 2012 Camper Registration Packet . A separate Registration Packet is required for each child. All forms must be completed and mailed to Hale Reservation along with a $60 non-refundable deposit for each camper per session no later than May 1, 2012. Space is limited and campers are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. No incomplete Registrations will be processed.

The following forms are also needed before your camper may attend camp:

Immunization History Record & Physician Medical Form (this is only required if immunization documentation is not provided by your physician)
Permission Form for Children with Prescription Inhalers and/or Epi-Pens & Medication Administration Form

Hale encourages payment via check or money order due to the rising cost in processing credit card charges. This is money that can be used toward the program. Thank you for your co-operation.

Early Registration Discount: Pay in full by January 31, 2012 and get $25 off session rates.

Sibling Discount: Sign up your first child at full rate, and any siblings will receive a 5% discount off their camp fees.

Multiple Session Discount: Sign up for a third session and receive $25 off. Sign up for a fourth session and receive an additional $50 for a total of $75 savings.

* Discounts do not apply to Session 5 or the Extended Day Program.
