Complete a separate form for each child (4 pages includes a Registration Form & Enrollment Agreement, Bus and Extended Day Info, and Camper Questionnaire) AND Include a $60 non-refundable deposit required for each child, for each session. Mail to:

Hale Day Camp programs fill up early so please be aware that space is limited. Campers are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Payment Info
Hale encourages payment via check or money order due to the rising cost in processing credit card charges. This is money that can be used toward the program. Thank you for your co-operation.
Discounts
These discounts do not apply to Session 5 or the extended day program.
Early Registration Discount: Pay in full by January 31, 2008 and get $20 off session rates.
Sibling Discount: Sign up your first child at full rate, and any siblings will receive a 5% discount off their camp fees.

NEW IN 2008 Special One Week Sampler Programs
During Session 1 we are offering two sampler programs. This is a great opportunity to try out Hale Day Camp, especially for those parents who aren't sure if their child is ready for a regular two week session. Campers will participate in all the basic activities such as swimming, boating, archery, sports, nature and creative arts. They will participate along side the regular two week campers. This is open to Lower and Middle Campers only.
Special Note about Session 5
This one week program is only open to campers who have attended at least one other session at Hale Day Camp. Since this falls at the end of the summer we have less staff and therefore less campers so we will be combining age groups and have less specialty programs available. Archery and Swimming Lessons are not offered during Session 5.

Open Houses
Saturdays, February 2, March 8, and April 12 (1:00pm – 3:00pm)
Join us for an open house and meet Hale Day Camp staff, take a tour of camp, and learn what Hale Day Camp is all about. Staff will be on hand to help complete camper registrations and answer all your camp questions.
Confirmation
If we can fulfill your request, a confirmation letter and the Hale Day Camp Parent Handbook will be sent to you. This indicates that we have reserved your child(ren) space(s) at camp. Your child(ren) will not be permitted to participate in the Hale Day Camp program until all required forms have been completed and returned.
