LITs help with camp projects such as trail maintenance or picnic table and bench construction. LITs will also enjoy ropes course and teambuilding challenges and day trips that work to develop a strong group bond and the leadership skills that last a lifetime.

Counselors in Training (CIT) Grades 9 - 10  (7 to 1 camper to staff ratio)

The CIT program is designed for teens interested in working with children in a fun, hands-on learning environment. The goal of the program is to develop the skills to appropriately supervise and lead children in activities. CITs particpate in a week of training and then spend time observing experienced staff during programs. They will participate in leadership workshops, help with program set-up, and develop and coordinate special theme day events. CITs will have a high level of responsibility and interact with campers on a regular basis. Note: Completion of this program does not guarantee employment.
